- Scan bestseller lists and see which titles are available in your library
- Place books, DVDs, cds, magazines and other material on hold
- View items you currently have on loan and renew them online

What is my user Id.? - Your User ID is the barcode or the number on your library card
- You must type capital A before you type in your library card number eg: A1234567
What is my PIN? - Your PIN is your unique, personal 4 or 5 digit identification number
- If you already have one you will not need to change it
- If you are not sure of your PIN, please ask a member of staff
How do I RENEW my items? - Log in to your account using your User ID and PIN
- Click on the blue My Account button
- Click on Renew My Materials – from here you can either choose to renew all your loans or select which individual items you would like to extend
How do I place a HOLD on an item? - Search for the item you wish to place on hold
- Once you have found the item, click the blue Details button to the left of the title
- Once you are in the Item Information screen, click Place Hold (this is found to the left of the title information)
- Unless you are already signed in you will need to enter your User ID and PIN
- Select the library which you wish to pick the item
- Click Place Hold then OK.
- You will be notified when your item is ready to collect
