Road Maintenance

Council is responsible for the following assets and associated maintenance activities on Council maintained roads:

• Grading
• Line marking
• Speed humps
• Roundabouts
• Bridges
• Kerbs & channels
• Road repairs

To report any obstructions causing problems to roads, contact council.

Victoria Police should be contacted if the obstruction is affecting the safe movement of vehicles and requires police to direct traffic.

Any spills that occur on Council roads or car parks should be reported to council. Council will then organise for any spillage to be cleared away.

VicRoads should be contacted when spills occur on declared main roads, highways or freeways.
