What is the Community Infrastructure levy?

The community infrastructure levy is a financial contribution made by each property owner, towards local infrastructure which is required to meet the future needs of the community in areas where the levy applies.

This levy is a one off payment which is currently $373.47 and is subject to any CPI changes in July each year


What locations does the levy apply?

The levy currently applies to the Keysborough South residential area.


Who must pay for this levy?

The levy must be paid by the property owner/s before a building permit is issued.
