Council meetings are held twice each month and are open to the public. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month and commence at 7pm. The first meeting for each month is held in the Council Chamber at 397 - 405 Springvale Road, Springvale and the second meeting for each month is held in the Council Chamber at 39 Clow Street, Dandenong. Please note: We do not make additional copies of council meetings available.

Council meeting Agendas are available to view at Council's Customer Service Centres and Libraries from 12noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. Agendas can also be accessed online. Council meeting Minutes are available to view at Council's Customer Service Centres and Libraries approximately four days after the meeting or can be accessed online. Question Time Forms are provided at Council Meetings should you wish to raise an issue of your Councillors and/or Council staff. Question Time forms need to be submitted prior to Public Question Time commencing at the meeting. Council continually monitors the way it conducts Council Meetings and aims to make it easier for the public to follow the progress of each meeting.
