The Springvale Service for Children is a not for profit service that aims to provide children with high quality experiences that advance their learning development and wellbeing. The service achieves this by working in partnerships with families and children.


Main services

Toy library

Families are able to join the toy library for a low yearly fee enabling them to borrow six toys a fortnight for children aged 0-6 years.

Early learning programs

Children who turn 4 prior to 30 April in the year before they attend primary school, can attend a government funded preschool for 15 hours a week. The kindergarten program is offered as part of the long day program and as a sessional program.

Maternal and child health service

Greater Dandenong's Maternal Child Health Program is a free confidential Service available to families who have children from birth to school age. The program also runs baby parenting groups.
