The Victorian Seniors Festival, now in its 36th year, is one of Victoria’s largest festivals. This annual festival celebrates and acknowledging the contribution of older people within the community.
Residents are invited to join in the City of Greater Dandenong's celebrations from Tuesday 2 October to Sunday 14 October.
The City of Greater Dandenong Seniors Festival is offering a large range of events for you to enjoy with an opportunity to learn something new, to go out have fun and enjoy your community. Most events and activities are free or low cost which includes entertainment, information and exercise sessions, social dances, morning and afternoon teas and much more.
A special feature of this year's festival is a crossover with our annual Children's Festival. Grandparents can join the youngest members of their extended families for some family friendly fun that will encourage some cross-generational bonding.

To help you get to the events, free metropolitan trams, buses and trains will be free for Victorian Seniors Card holders from Sunday 7 October to Sunday 14 October.
