Planning Scheme Amendment C195

Greater Dandenong has prepared Amendment C195 to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme. The amendment request has been made by KLM Spatial, on behalf of the landowner.

Greater Dandenong City Council is the planning authority exhibiting the Amendment. The amendment applies to land at 41 Bowman Lane, Keysborough.


What changes are proposed?

The amendment affects land at 41 Bowman Lane, Keysborough and proposes to rezone part of the north-east section of the site from the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to the Green Wedge Zone (GWZ) and to delete the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) from this section of the site.

The amendment seeks to correct the boundaries of the UFZ and LSIO to reflect the existing surface levels.
