Shaping the future of Dandenong Oasis – Your say

Dandenong Oasis has been servicing the aquatic and leisure needs of residents in the City of Greater Dandenong for four decades. Originally built in 1976, the centre underwent a major redevelopment in 1991 and further upgrades in 2003.

This much-loved facility is now nearing the end of its effective life and Council is planning a new and improved centre for the future.

Dandenong Oasis is one of two aquatic centres in Greater Dandenong that services the diverse needs of the community. The Centre is recognised as Council’s premier indoor aquatic facility and is complemented by the Noble Park Aquatic Centre (NPAC) which primarily provides outdoor aquatic opportunities.

To assist us with our planning we would like the community’s views on what they want from an aquatic and leisure centre.

Tell us what you think by completing this survey. A shorter, two question survey is also available via the following link. This will help inform the future of Dandenong Oasis. The surveys close on Friday 8 December at 5pm.

These surveys are one part of a broad consultation process being undertaken by Council with the community.

If you need assistance completing this survey please visit the Customer Service page for a range of assistance options.

For those not wishing to complete the survey but wanting to provide written feedback on the project or those seeking additional information please email Emma Michie Project Consultant.
