Start Planning you Project

In preparing for the next grants round, it is ideal to start planning your project well before grant rounds are open. We have made a number of support templates and documents available to the community on the 'Grant Resources' webpage to help organisations effectively plan for projects, programs and events.

Council encourages community organisations to discuss projects, eligibility and the online application form with the Community Funding Support Officers throughout February before the closing date. Contact the Community Funding Support Officer on 8571 1432 or email to discuss.

Online Application Process

As of July 2017, Council moved to an online grants application process which includes updated application form questions. This has been designed to ease access for the community.

For those who require assistance in navigating the online portal or require the online application form in an alternative format due to access requirements, please contact the Community Funding Team for discussion. For more information see
