Our MEMP is developed and owned by the Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee (MEMPC) members comprising representatives from Council, Victoria Police (VICPOL), Country Fire Authority (CFA), Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Red Cross and other support and relief agencies. The MEMP details the agreed planning arrangements concerning the prevention of, the response to, and the recovery from emergencies that may occur in in our City.
