Greater Dandenong Environment Group
The Greater Dandenong Environment Group is a community group that was formed in 1990 to increase local awareness about environmental issues.
The group have been active over the past 20 years and have contributed to Council’s conservation strategy and several publications on local flora and fauna, have organized meetings, talks, walks and some social events.
The group meets at Dandenong Wetlands on the first Sunday of every month at 9.30am.
Activities include water watch and bird watching.
