Noble Park Activity Centre Structure Plan

The City of Greater Dandenong has prepared the Draft Noble Park Major Activity Centre Structure Plan.

Council is seeking community feedback on the draft structure plan by completing a feedback form or emailing a submission from Monday 27 April to Friday 19 June 2020.

The plan is important as it guides the type of development Council would like to see in Noble Park. It will be used by Council, developers and the community.

Some of the main proposals for Noble Park are to:

  • Have building height and setback guidance for new development
  • Seek to remove the Heatherton Road roundabout and signalise the intersection
  • Widen Buckleys Lane to 9 metres from Copas Park towards the centre
  • Encourage the planting of trees

The structure plan is now available for comment and we would appreciate hearing from you.
