The amendment applies to land at 2-10 Springvale Road, Springvale and 1690 Centre Road, Springvale.

What the amendment does

The amendment rezoned the land from Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z) to Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) and inserted Schedule 14 to Clause 43.04 Development Plan Overlay (DPO14) into the planning scheme.

Current status

The amendment was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 13 April 2018.
