Library Services available via telephone

Online Library Tech Assist

Library Tech Assist is currently available via our call centre during business hours.

Our Online Library Tech Assist team can help with:

  • Accessing Library eResources such as Kanopy, Borrowbox or Studiosity
  • Setting up an email account
  • Installing apps on your phone or tablet
  • Using Social Media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber and Facetime, and more.

To access this service, phone the library Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm on 1300 630 920 and speak with one of our friendly staff members.

Learning Help for Adults

Learning Help for Adults is currently available via our call centre during business hours.

Our Language and Literacy team are available to support library members with:

  • Resume writing
  • Job searching
  • Immigration forms, and more.

To access this service, phone the library Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm on 1300 630 920 and one of our Language and Literacy team members will contact you via phone or email.
