Planning Scheme Amendment C207

Greater Dandenong City Council prepared Amendment C207 to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme and was the planning authority exhibiting the Amendment.

The Amendment applies to two properties within the municipality; 90 Gove Street, Springvale and 6-8 Fifth Avenue, Dandenong.

What the Amendment does

The Amendment rezoned two properties in Springvale and Dandenong in accordance with recommendations supported at the Council meeting on 27 August 2018.

The amendment:

  • Rezoned 90 Gove Street, Springvale from General Residential Zone 1 to Public Park and Recreation Zone
  • Rezoned 6-8 Fifth Avenue, Dandenong from General Residential Zone 1 to Public Park and Recreation Zone
  • Amended Planning Scheme Maps 1 and 5 accordingly


Status

Amendment C207 was approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 24 October 2019.
