Planning Scheme Amendment C223gdan

Greater Dandenong City Council has prepared Amendment C223gdan to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme.

The amendment has been made at the request of the landowner.

Greater Dandenong City Council is the planning authority exhibiting the Amendment.

The Amendment applies to1626-1638 Centre Road, Springvale (Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 732545X).

What changes are proposed?

The amendment proposes to amend Planning Scheme Zone Map 1 by amending the boundaries of the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) and Industrial 1 Zone (INZ1) which currently apply to the site. The extent of land being rezoned includes:

  • 2,621m² of land currently zoned UFZ to IN1Z
  • 1,410m² of land currently zoned IN1Z to UFZ

Status

Amendment C223 has been approved by the Minister for Planning and was gazetted on 9 July 2020.
