Wellbeing With Dani
Greater Dandenong Libraries are offering free all-ages wellbeing programs that you can do right from your own home.
In this program, library team member Dani guides us in a range of wellbeing exercises including yoga and relaxation.
New videos are made live at 8pm every Thursday, here.
This is a free event. No bookings are required.
